The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail sneaker fashion store.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for sneakers and fashion, and the ability to inspire and drive a team to meet sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

Position
Full Time (40 hours per week, divided over 5 working days)

 
Profile

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in sneakers, streetwear, and fashion. 
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sneakers and streetwear culture.
  • Cleanliness is your strong suit.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Responsible and pro active.

Tasks

  • Drive sales.
  • Set targets in consultation with HQ.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI's to make well informed decisions.
  • Stock and inventory management.
  • Visual Merchandise.
  • Be a team leader.
  • Communicate daily with HQ.
