I really love listening to this song when the leaves start growing back on the trees and flowers begin to bloom. It makes me enjoy the first warm days of the year even more and has me dreaming about the summer. It has been my go-to spring song for a couple of years now.

I used to listen a lot to this song during the summers in Zeeland, where I grew up. It takes me back to such happy times and moments with my friends. We would spend carefree days and nights on the beach. Life kind of felt like a movie, haha.

When I was young, my grandparents would always play Buena Vista Social Club songs during the summer. There are a lot of nostalgic emotions/memories that wash over me whenever I listen to their music. I’m really grateful for that.
