Description

Are you a motivated fashion-minded student interested in learning how a retail store is managed from the inside out? During this Store Manager Internship, you will be part of the daily operations on the shop floor and gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You will support the store team and develop the skills needed to help run a successful fashion store.


Duration

Full-time or part-time from February 2026 to July 2026.

  • Strong interest in retail, fashion, and store operations
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
  • Able to maintain structure and overview in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on mindset and eager to learn
  • Retail experience is an advantage, but not required


Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales

  • Welcome customers and provide personal styling and product advice
  • Actively contribute to achieving store sales goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Handle in-store orders and returns efficiently


Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment
  • Assist with organizing and replenishing stock
  • Support with inventory checks and accurate stock registration
  • Ensure the store floor is tidy, structured, and visually appealing
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as maintaining sales and stock overviews


Visual Merchandising

  • Assist with styling the store according to brand guidelines
  • Optimise product presentation to stimulate sales
