Spring - "Age of Ascent" by Kokoroko.

My birthday falls in spring, which is quite amusing considering I'm allergic to practically every natural element-animals, grass, hay fever, you name it. Nonetheless, since it's my special day, and spring symbolizes the renewal of nature and life, a song that embodies that same energy for me is:

Precious memory - "Something Different" by Adekunle Gold.

During my time in Sierra Leone with my sister, we explored the Peninsular Road, linking to 8 stunning beaches in Freetown. As we drove through the breathtaking landscape, one song that played on repeat was

Nostalgic - "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac.

My mom had me when she was at a rather mature age, so I grew up surrounded by the music she loved when she was younger. I have memories of sitting in the car with her, watching her sing along, which always makes me think of her youth and how she experienced music when she was in her twenties. A song that come to mind is

Heartbreak - "Little Love" - Sophie Odira.

Omg guys why are you doing me like this haha! Anyway, since I've had my heart broken one too many times, there was a period when I was truly shattered. I spend a lot of time on TikTok, and that's where I discovered this artist named Sophie Odira. She created a song called "Little Love" that resonated with me deeply, almost like a children's lullaby. It made me feel seen, heard, and not so alone, so I had it on repeat: "Little Love" - Sophie Odira.

But, I can't just share one track-it wouldn't do justice to all my heartbreaks. So, here are a few more:

"Love is a losing Game" by Amy Winehouse

"Teenage Fantasy" by Jorja Smith

"Wolken" by Flinke namen

Love song - "Right Down the Line" by Gerry Rafferty

One thing about me: I am the biggest sucker for anything coming of age. I am truly fascinated by it. And this song embodies that for me. Honestly, if somebody were to ask me to dance to this song, I would marry them right there on the spot, no joke.

Party - "Ravezinha" by Pantera

All the one million tracks on my USB :p

No, just kidding. Currently, I would go for "Ravezinha" by Pantera, Paul Mond, and Chamos. Made by amazing producers and DJs, great people to be around, and they definitely know how to party.
