All orders are shipped from Monday-Friday. You can follow your package with a Track & Trace code that you will receive as soon as your order is shipped.

If your purchased goods didn't meet up to your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days of delivery. 

Once we receive your returned goods, we will notify you by email. After this notification, it can take up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
